Pro Motocross Stopped Temporarily and Postpones the racing of 2020 Schedule

In spite of tireless and ongoing hard work of both the series and event organizers, MX Sports Pro Racing decided to further delay the start of the Lucas Oil Pro off-road motorcycle championship 2020 which approved by AMA Pro Racing. The earlier declared two races are scheduled to start within 14 days on 18 July with Circle K Ironman National in Indiana and GEICO Motorcycle WW Ranch National in Florida will happen on 25 July 2020.

Although, because of the continued focus around the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the recent surge of positive cases in many states, series administrators believe it is necessary to postpone the start of the series again. MX Sports Pro Racing is now expected to start the season in August.

CEO of MX Sports Pro Racing Carrie Russell said, Since we were forced to postpone the initial start of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship 2020 in May, we have been working hard to develop as complete a schedule of championships as possible for players and fans.

Because of the current decision, MX Sports Pro Racing and the organizers will keep sustaining wide contacts with local authorities. The development of the pandemic includes tremendous changes from one week to week and as states and nations take the necessary measures to respond to the latest concern regarding the spread of coronavirus, MX Sports Pro Racing will be able to take instant action if necessary to confirm events at a later date when the right time has come.
